Inez Belcher
ABBS VALLEY, Va. - Inez Belcher, 98, of Abbs Valley, Va., died Sunday, Sept. 3, 1995, at a Tazewell, Va., hospital.
Born in Johnson City, Tenn., she was a daughter of the late Dave and Martha Jane Lipford Jackson Belcher. She was formerly employed by the Grace Hospital at Welch and was a member of the Christ First United Methodist Church at Abbs Valley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Belcher; three sons, two brothers and four sisters.
Survivors: daughters, Lorraine Faye Hardy of Webster, Fla., Charlotte Hutton of Bluff City, Tenn., and Vernie Louise Baker of Abbs Valley; sister, Edna Campbell of Tampa, Fla., numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Rodriguez-Pocahontas Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Va., with the Rev. Gus Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Courthouse Road, Princeton.
