Attended First Presbyterian Church For Many Years
Norma Jo Heiskell Thomison, 90, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022.
She was born on May 29, 1931, in Spring City to Hugh Brown Heiskell and Alberta Heiskell.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James P. Thomison, Sr., her daughter, Yvonne Thomison, siblings: Mary Morgan, Brownie Heiskell and Felix Heiskell.
She is survived by her son, Jim (Ellen) Thomison of Signal Mountain, two sisters: Hughie Travis of Dayton, TN and Judy (Don) Armstrong of Sheffield, Al., and several nieces and nephews.
She attended First Presbyterian Church for many years and enjoyed It's a Wonderful Life fellowship.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital (stjude.org) or First Presbyterian Church, Chattanooga (1stpresbyterian.com/give/).
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 1 p.m. at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
