Linda Jean Gibson lived 72 years and impacted so many people with her genuine agape love before being called home to the loving arms of her Father. Mrs. Gibson was born June 5, 1949, in Humboldt Tennessee. She was a Godly woman of standard. She led a simple life, however, being blessed with very much wisdom. Linda was a giver. She loved to share and if she had anything in her possession and realized that you wanted it, she would give it to you and would not take no for an answer. As a devoted wife for 32 years and an amazing mother, she made her mark on this earth by the way she lived her life; and by the way, she loved. Her life was filled with wisdom, laughter, family, and loving the Lord. She will be remembered for her generosity, friendship and forever being a GREAT counselor.

The wisdom that Linda demonstrated in her life will live on forever. Every breath, every step, every teaching will forever be with us. Her number one bit of advice that she would give is: "If anything disturbs your peace. Let it go!"

It is almost impossible to capture the life story of a woman who possessed the degree of dignity, courage, patience, and STRENGTH of this woman, but if there was one word to describe her character, it would be VIRTUOUS!

Linda Gibson lived as a Woman of God and faithful servant.

"Neither death nor life can separate us from the love of God" Romans 8:38

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children Antoinette Williams, Angela Johnson, Carolyn Miller,
Franklin and Amelia Gibson, siblings, brother Earl and Anna Marie Fitzgerald, Demeta and Willie Odoms, Keisha Jackson, 18 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and past co-workers.

She was preceded by her husband Deacon Franklin Gibson Sr., her youngest daughter Cassandra Rimpson.
