Vivian and her younger sister moved to Austin and graduated from L.C. Anderson High School. After graduating she began her career at Motorola that lasted for 24 years. She met Elwood Miller and they were married October 1999 and gained a stepdaughter.
She leaves behind her husband, Elwood Miller and her 2 children, Kimberly and Christopher and stepdaughter, Tammy.
