MORGAN, Judith Rab Age 96, passed away peacefully at The Osborn in Rye, New York on Thursday March 1, 2018. She is survived by her daughter Victoria Morgan Amon and son-in-law Simeon Amon of Larchmont NY, granddaughter Laura Amon-Thurber, grandson-in-law Daniel Thurber, niece Nancy (George) Stolz, nephews Larry (Sharon) Rab, Paul (Ruth) Rab and George (Wendy) Rab, six grand-nieces/nephews and eight great grand-nieces/nephews. Born in Hungary, she came to the US in 1924 with her late older brother Thomas and parents Alex and Sarah Rab, and lived most of her life in Dayton, Ohio. She was a bookkeeper, artist, baker and homemaker and was devoted to her family. Though profoundly disabled physically during the last four decades of her life, she still was able to find joy in small things and was graceful, cheerful and hopeful to the end. She was a remarkable woman who will be deeply missed. A private family service will be held in Dayton.
