Robert was born November 29, 1960, in Clinton, IL, the son of Roger Mix and Ruthann Grothwohl. He married Sandy Morris February 15, 1987 in Hallsville, IL.
Survivors include his wife; children and significant others; mother and husband; father; three grandchildren; three siblings; along with two nephews and their spouses.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Ricky Mix; nephew, Bobby Mix; along with many close friends.
Robert was a long-time carpenter. He enjoyed fishing and having a margarita. He loved his family but especially spending time with his grandchildren
