If you knew Phyllis you knew she was a lil sassy and lil feisty. If you asked her how she was doing she would tell you "Oh just fat and sassy". She loved being with family especially her grandkids. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.
Survivors include her 2 daughters Andi and Kandi, her 2 sons Chris and Marshall and her 2 sisters Martha and Beda. She has 8 grandkids and 11 great-grandkids.
Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband's Jerry Baker and Butch Lynch, her son David, both parents Edward and Betty Barganski, her brother Eddie and her grandson Seth.
