William "Bill" Leon Willis (born December 26, 1939) went to be with our Lord January 12, 2022 with his loving wife of almost 60 years by his side, Carolyn Willis, and his loving children, Kevin Leon Willis and Teresa Ann Willis (Saltz). Missing so very much, his daughter, Kim Rene Willis (Horspool), that passed away one year and one week before him.

Bill was loved and respected by so many people. He always had a comment to say about things in life that made so much sense and would make you laugh, because it was true, and he did not care if you did not like to hear the truth.

Bill was the person everyone could go to and he would try to make it be better.

Bill was an avid horseman, raised with horses and taught his children how to ride and all about horses. Everyone went to Bill with questions about horses. His best friend was his son Kevin when it came to horses and a lot of other things. Bill and Kevin were so close.

Bill retired from Plumbers & Steamfitters Local Union 598 after 60 years of trade. Bill also was a truck driver for a while and business owner.

No words can express the family loss. Funeral service only at Bill's request Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 1:00PM at Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home.
