Marion Ann "Honey" Adams, age 77, of Norman, passed away on Friday, January 14, 2022.

She was born on December 19, 1944, in Fallbrook, California, the daughter of Chesley Robert Yeargan and Gencie Maxey Yeargan. On December 23, 1964, she was married to Max Adams who preceded her in death on April 23, 2013. She was also preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Marjorie Burrow; and five brothers, Billy Jack Yeargan, John Yeargan, James Dwight Yeargan, Jackie Yeargan and Carly Yeargan.

Honey loved being with family, enjoyed cooking for them and made a point to always have her grandbabies' backs. An avid reader, she also enjoyed playing card games.

She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Long of Glenwood; her son, Brady Adams of Alpine; four grandchildren, Tiffany, Cody, Carlie and Jaydan; four great-grandchildren, Mason, Maddox, Amirah and Jett Asher; her sister-in-law, Bernice Yeargan Barton of Benton; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 22, 2022, in the Coker Cemetery with Bro. Jack Herring officiating.

Visitation will be Friday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Terry Yeargan, Wendell Burrow, Daniel Adams, Cody Griblin, Johnny Barksdale and Jaydan Long.

Honorary pallbearers will be Horace Adams, Harlan "Squeaky" Robbins and the Norman High School Class of 1963.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home, Glenwood.
