Joy D. Morgan, age 65, of Rices Landing, died January 15,2022 in Washington Health System. Joy was born on December 3, 1956, the daughter of Connie Scott Stobaugh of Chesterland OH and Charles Koback of Rices Landing. On September 19,1987 Joy married David A. Morgan. He was not only her husband, but he was also her best friend.

Surviving are 3 daughters; Lisa Kyle (Nathan) of Rices Landing, Carrie Shiner (Stan), of Uniontown, and Missi Jo Morgan of Masontown; 6 grandchildren, Tyler Tillery, Victoria Tillery, Duski Staggers, Jason Kyle, Courtney Adkins, and Casey Carnahan; 4 brothers, Andy Fulmer, T.J. Fulmer, Buddy Fulmer (Wendy), and Scott Scott (Donna), as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by a brother, Mark Fulmer, grandparents Hazel and James Scott, and grandmother Edith. Joy worked at the American Legion Post 400 in Carmichaels PA for 20 years and served as the Club Steward. She also served as a past President of the Ladies Auxiliary Post 400. She enjoyed playing golf and going to the Casinos.

Family and Friends will be welcomed on Friday January 21, 2022, from 11-1pm in the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home, 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels PA. The service will begin at 1pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Hewitt Cemetery in Rices Landing PA. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association
