Sacramento, California - Luis G. Reyes was born on March 26, 1940 in San Pedro, Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico to Jesus F. and Zenaida G. Reyes. Surrounded by his loving family, he passed peacefully on December 23, 2021 in Sacramento, CA at the age of 81. He is preceded in death by his father Jesus, his mother Zenaida, and his brothers Jesus "Chuy" and Rodolfo "Fito". He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Maria, son Jose Luis (Carla), daughter Rocio Reyes-Llamas (Roman), daughter Angelica Flores (Pavel), son Jorge, eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Luis was the oldest of 12 children and he is also survived by nine of his siblings, as well as many in-laws, nieces and nephews. May my beloved husband, Luis, rest in eternal peace. Family and friends are invited to attend the Rosary on Monday, January 17th, at 6:00 p.m. and the Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 18th, at 10:00 a.m. Both services and committal will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery and Funeral Center at 6509 Fruitridge Road in Sacramento, CA.
