JOPLIN, MO. -- Graveside rites for Alice G. Trammell Brannan, 68, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Ozark Memorial Cemetery.
Born Sept. 9, 1929, at Ranger, Texas, to Earl and Ollie Chron Trammell, she died April 30, 1998.
As a young child she moved with her parents to Healdton. She attended Healdton schools until 1946. She married Harry Herbert Brannan in 1946 and moved to Ardmore. She graduated from Ardmore High School in 1947. She moved to Tulsa in 1955. She was a housewife until 1964, when she attended practical nursing school and received her license. She worked as an L.P.N. for more than 30 years. Earlier this year she moved to Seneca, Mo.
Survivors include two sons, Byce Brannan, Bixby, and Dana Brannan, Neosho, Mo.; one daughter, Harriet O'Daniel, Healdton; one sister, Sue Prater, Linville, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
