Lea Ruth (Pigg) Nowlin, 91, was born on the family farm on Blue Run Road near Minford, in Scioto County, Ohio but resided in Bellflower, California for 56 years. She survived her husband of 22 years, LTC John B Nowlin. She leaves behind two children, one grandchild, and two brothers. Lea and John were active with the City of Bellflower.
