Daniel Melvin Brown, 82 passed away Thursday January 7, 2022
Graveside service: 3PM Wednesday January 19, 2022 at Greenwood Memorial Park.
Daniel was born February 15, 1939 in Ft. Worth, Texas to Roy Lee Brown and Ellen O'Malley Brown. He retired from the Ft. Worth post office after 40 years.
Daniel enjoyed football and playing chess. He loved his family and he had a soft spot in his heart for all dogs. He loved telling stories and dad jokes were his favorite, but most of all he loved the Lord and serving the Lord.
Daniel was preceded in death by his father Roy Lee Brown, his mother Ellen O'Malley Brown, his great grand daughter's Raven Nicole Goff and Ellie Mae Tucker.
Survivors: Daughter Lindy Hughes and husband Victor, Daughter Dana Halcomb, Brother Tim Brown and wife Michelea, Grand daughter Tanner Trujillo and husband Anthony, Grand daughter Mary Ellen Smith and fiance' Bobby Malone, Grandson Gage Marsh and Cheyenne Bates, Grand daughter Amy Tucker and husband Robert Tucker.
