Howard L Burkhammer, 90, of Altoona, died Tuesday at his residence. He was born in Weston, W.Va., son of the late Lewis R. Burkhammer and Buelah (Keister) Burkhammer. He married Barbara L. Lofflin on Sept. 29, 1956. She preceded him in death on Oct. 6, 2001.
