Peggy was born in Foley, Alabama, to William Jackson and Pauline (Floyd) Jackson, and was one of seven children. Her family moved to Pensacola, Florida, when she was very young and growing up, her parents owned the Old Bill Jackson Watermelon Corner. She was married to James Troy Wright for 27 years and had two sons. Peggy also had a heart for children and spent over 30 years working in childcare. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend and she will be greatly missed by many.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 5, 2021, at Lewis Funeral Home, Milton Chapel.
Graveside service will be held at Harold Cemetery following the funeral.
