Robert Nathan Gross, Age 74, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in Nashville, TN. He was born July 18, 1947 in Washington, D.C.
He is survived by his daughter, Erin Gross, mother, Josephine Neal Gross and sisters, Betty Jo Davenport (Franklin, TN) and Sandra Bingham (Smyrna, TN.)
He is preceded in death by his father, Arnold Gross.
Robert graduated from Glencliff High School and The University of Tennessee where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He received his Ph.D. from Zoe University.
At the time of his passing, he was employed by Zander Insurance.
Robert had many interests and hobbies, most notably sketching intricate and colorful works of art. He loved reading and writing and amassed a huge collection of books.
Robert was a man dedicated to the Lord, serving Him faithfully throughout his life, and sharing his love for the Lord generously and joyously with everyone he met.
A private service will be held at graveside at Woodlawn cemetery for family members, with a celebration of life at a later date.
