She is preceded in death by her parents, Dexter Stapleton and Allie Jackson, her husband of 44 years, Robert Banks, as well as grandson, Lakyn Kunzer.

Alice spent her life working at various factories, including but not limited to, Abbott, Burcliff, IB Tech and Whirlpool. Her favorite job, however, was being a mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her soulmate, Paul Gingery, who spent the past 8 years teaching Alice to live life to the fullest and cherish every moment of life. She was the mother of four children- Robert Banks, Donald Banks, Todd Banks and Elaina (Ian Hill) Bowser, grandchildren- Megan (Joe Holt) Banks, Allie Banks, Amber Banks, Shyanne Holmes, Randy Banks, Donald Banks Jr., Khasen Bowser, Kashton Banks and Kolsyn Banks. She also had four great grandchildren- Jaxon, Zoey, Hayden and Liam Holt. Alice was classified as the nice sibling of Carol Lavagna, St. Pete, Florida, Brenda (Paul) Erickson of Woodstock, Georgia and Raymond Stapleton of Tampa, Florida. In addition to being a phenomenal caregiver to her family, Alice enjoyed decorating her home, playing cards or attending bingo, her yearly vacations and karaoke nights with friends and family.

In true Alice fashion, her family invites you to attend a celebration of her life at her home on June 12, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. for a night of music, karaoke, food and remembrance of a woman who this world was lucky to have.
