Carrie E. (Roth) Phillips Parrish, age 86, passed January 5, 2022. She was born January 6, 1935 in Canton to her parents, George F. and Ora A. (Fowler) Roth. For over 14 years she was a volunteer for Stark County Family Court as a Guardian Ad Litem and was cherished as the neighborhood mom who always had plenty of room.
Survivors include a daughter, Denise (John) Jobe and a son, Daniel (Kelly) Phillips; grandchildren, Lindsey (Shane) Fliger and Andrew Render and a great granddaughter, Asher Emma Fliger; her foster daughter, Chrystal (Steve) Champagne-Swan and many special family and friends.
A funeral service will be held for the family on Monday, January 17,2022 at 1pm at Reed Funeral Home CANTON Chapel. Calling hours will be one hour prior from 12pm to 1pm. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Breast Cancer Research Foundation at www.bcrf.org.
