Rick had worked for Phelps Dodge in Fort Wayne, had worked in commercial cleaning for medical buildings and had been a caregiver for a few years. He had attended Taylor University and the Eel River Baptist Church. His passion in life was music. He enjoyed playing the guitar, piano, singing and writing music.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 14, 2021 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, Indiana.
