Joyce Ann Clark, born March 9, 1948, in Magnolia, Kentucky, died October 16, 2012 of COPD complications in her home in Harlingen. She had been under the care of BeeCaring Hospice Healthcare, Inc., for a short while.

She is survived by her brother, Lester Gibson, of Harlingen; a daughter, Caprice Clark Madison, currently of Gypsom, Colorado; and a son and granddaughter, Kenneth Clark and Krystal Aston, of Salem, Oregon.

She is remembered for her love of animals; music, both of her own making and that of others; reading her Bible; and doing arts and crafts. She maintained her sense of humor to the very end and will be greatly missed by family, friends and caregivers.

Her memorial service was held on Friday, October 19, at the new Vietnam Memorial in Pendleton Park, but it was her wish that any token of remembrance of her be made to BeeCaring Hospice for whose help she was so grateful.

Taken from the Valley Morning Star on Oct. 24, 2012

Note: She was born Nora W. Sutton daughter of Howard David and Bulah Irene Graham Sutton.
When she was adopted her name was changed to Joyce Ann Gibson.
She was the wife of Thomas Clark
