Kennett, John (Jack) - Peacefully at his residence in Burlington on Monday, February 23, 2009. Beloved husband of Lorna for 52 years. Loving father of Donna Chatelain (Ron) and Patty Kennett (Ross). Cherished Papa of Luc. Dear brother of Donald (Shirley). Predeceased by his brother Bob. He will also be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, family and friends across Canada. Prior to settling in Burlington forty years ago, Jack and Lorna spent time in Regina, Swift Current, Saskatoon, Edmonton and Vancouver. Jack was a longtime employee of International Harvester and had a distinguished career with Mercedes Benz. He was also an avid golfer. Cremation has taken place. At Jacks request there will be no service. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
