Steven Rogers Brown
October 27, 1942 Jackson Heights New York – January 7, 2022 Fort Collins Colorado Steve graduated from Roosevelt High School and continued on to receive a BA in History Education at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1965. Steve was married to Marilyn Greer for 56 years. Steve taught History and coached sports in small community High Schools in NE. Steve and his family moved to Fort Collins in 1975. He worked for CSU Athletic Dept 21 years and CSU Information Technology 9 years. He enjoyed umpiring City League Softball, being with grandchildren, volunteering with Fort Collins Read Aloud program and Fort Collins Water Works, visiting with good friends at Miramont Health Club, singing in Silver Tones Choir, running Moby Gym score board, watching all sports, old movies and game shows.

Steve is survived by his wife, Marilyn, his brother Richard Brown, sisters Pat McIntyre, Pam Wood, Barb Imel, daughters Milli (Brad), Saben Brooks; Mary Brown Kumar (*Prem Panther), Harvinder Virk, Baljinder Virk; son Jesse (Esther), Jacob Brown; daughter Maria Yusuf (Yusuf Tsambi), Janine, Anna Yusuf.
