Christina was born August 16, 1924, in Brookville , IL, the daughter of Albert and Mary (Weierman) Bellows.
She graduated from Polo High School. After graduation she worked at Green River Ordnance Plant, Pump Factory in Polo, Kable Printing in Mount Morris, Polo School District as a secretary and retired at Heritage Square. Christina married Cecil C. White on March 25, 1944, in Dixon IL. He preceded her in death on February 4, 2011. She was a longtime member of Dixon Church of the Brethren in Dixon, IL. Christina enjoyed volunteering at local organizations like Meals on Wheels and she loved to garden.
She is survived by her, two daughters; four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
Christina was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Iva Wagner, Edwin Bellows, Leo Bellows and Robert Bellows.
Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at the Dixon Church of the Brethren, with the Pastor Blaine Miner, officiating. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Dixon, IL.
Memorials may be directed to Heritage Square or Serenity Hospice & Home.
