He is survived by his wife, Marta Moffatt Burk of Shelbyville; his daughters, Morgan Burk Lanham (Michael) of Louisville and Mallory Burk of Shelbyville; his father, Duvall Burk (Judy) of Shelbyville; his mother, Theresa Hardin (Carlos) of Shelbyville; his brothers, Dean Burk (Deann) and Ben Hardin (Melinda), both of Shelbyville; and other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 16, 2022 at the Shannon Funeral Home with Steve Ladden officiating. Visitation will be 1:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 16, 2022 at the funeral home. Burial will be private at the Grove Hill Cemetery.
