Sandra Nemeth of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away January 7, 2022, in Huntsville, AR, at the age of 89. She was born November 13, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Charles and Bernice Zelms McCann.

Sandra married George Nemeth in 1958 and was a Marine wife and after the children went to school she worked as a secretary. She was a past president of the VFW Hoevel-Barnett Post #1341 Ladies Auxiliary, a friend and volunteer of the Bull Shoals Library, a member of Job's Daughters International, and a Red Hatter. Sandy was an avid card player and loved hummingbirds almost as much as her family.

Sandra is survived by her son, Michael (Viki) Nemeth of Bull Shoals, AR; daughter, Sue Walker of Huntsville, AR; grandchildren, Ethan Hamlin of Yellville, AR, Bethany Kelly of TX, Brooke Nemeth of GA, and Ben Nemeth of TX and great-grandchildren, Abby, Lucas, and Jamie Kelly of TX and Javan and Stacy Mae Hamlin of Yellville, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother Charles McCann, son, Chuck Nemeth, and grandchild, Alex Nemeth.

A Memorial Service for Sandra will be at 11:00 am, Friday, January 14, 2022, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Heather Marsalis, Celebrant officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Newton Flat Cemetery. Due to current restrictions, masks are required.
