Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M., Friday, January 14, 2022, at Memory Gardens Cemetery, with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Barbara was born in Littlefield, TX on July 30, 1956, to Loretta and Eugene McNeely.
Barbara loved her Lord and enjoyed going to the mountains.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Justice; father, Eugene McNeely; and sister, Beverly Akins.
She is survived by her husband, Hal Bell; daughter, Shawana Bell; sister, Bonnie Jobe and husband Allen; brother, Danny McNeely and wife Pam; mother, Loretta McNeely; and several nieces and nephews.
