He was born Feb. 1, 1936, in Cerro Gordo, Ill.
He was a retired carpenter, rancher and welder.
He is survived by a wife, Fran Helm; six daughters, Debbie Mulleneaux, Jeanne Jimenez, Linda Bingham, Anne Kilbourne, Pamela Haban and Melissa Jackson; and a son, Steven Haban
Services: 2 p.m. Saturday in the Wheeler Mortuary Chapel. Burial is at Portales Cemetery.
