Sharon Aileen (Luadzers) Ott, age 68, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away peacefully on Friday, January 7, 2022 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Sharon was born on September 19, 1953 in Crocker, Mo., a daughter of Calvin Clifford and Norma Helen (Prewett) Fuller. She was married to Mark Luadzers and to this union, her two children were born. On September 19, 2004, Sharon married Paul Daniel "Dan" Ott who survives at the home.

A lifelong resident of the Central Missouri area, Sharon was a 1971 graduate of Jefferson City High School. After graduation, she took college level courses for professional development through Lincoln University.

Sharon was employed with the Missouri Department of Social Services where she served in many roles over her 39 years there, most recently the Office Services Coordinator. She retired in September of 2012.

Sharon was a planner by nature and a member of the State Government Meeting Planners. She scheduled trips for family down to the very last detail and even took it upon herself to organize many excursions for her parents, their friends, and grandchildren.

Sharon enjoyed traveling and taking trips, especially to Colorado. She found the views of the mountain's breath taking and loved getting to the top of the mountains to take in the view. Sharon had a strong faith and attended church regularly. She often quoted scripture, and even in her last days, she relied on her faith for strength and courage. Sharon was a romantic, she enjoyed reading Harlequin Romance Novels. She appreciated a good cup of coffee, always found the most unique places to visit and enjoyed spending countless hours quilting with her mother and spending time and caring for her father. Sharon had a caring nature, an unforgettable spark and a vibrant zest for life. Most of all, she cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include: her loving husband, Dan of Jefferson City, Mo.; two children, Matthew Luadzers (wife, Christie) of Jefferson City, Mo., Michae'l Fortson of Jefferson City, Mo.; her step-children, Eric Ott (wife, Mandy) of Jefferson City, Mo., and Sara Ott of Rio Rico, Az; her father, Calvin Fuller of Jefferson City, Mo.; siblings, Anise Colvin, Mary Walker, Terry Fuller, and Garry Fuller (wife, DeAnn) all of Jefferson City, Mo.; six grandchildren, Alyssa Campbell (husband, Michael), Cadence White, Lukas Ott, Josh Ott, Riley Luadzers, and Jonah Luadzers; and one great-granddaughter on the way.
