Fred married Ollie Nora Mansfield in 1914 in WY. Having 4 children, Vita, Artie, Wilferd, Vernon Brooks. He married Phyllis Ruth Hall on April 8 1932 in Las Vegas Clark Co Nevada. They had one son Fredrick Richard Brooks. They spent their married life living in Chloride Mohave Co Az.
Fred was a manager of Kingman Water Company and what is now called the Old Water Plant, for many years. He died on a visit to Redondo Beach to visit family. What wonderful memories your family has of you.
