Jennifer was born August 3 , 1982 Nashville, TN to Roger Dale Forrest and Betty Juanita Elmore Wilson.
She is preceded in death by her mother.
Jennifer is survived by her two daughters, Mariah Lopez; Serenity Tovar and three sons, Keondre Jackson of Millers creek, Curtis Murray of North Wilkesboro and Damien Tovar of Charlotte and a grandchild; three sisters; Crystal Forrest of Wilkesboro, Stephanie Hickman of North Wilkesboro, Megan Hickman of Tampa FL; and two brothers Kenneth Matheny of Yadkinville; Matthew Forrest of Nashville, TN.
Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
