Danny Sparks, 73 of Fayette County, went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2022.

He was born on December 19, 1948 in Rushville, IN to the late Roy K. and Eunice (Adkins) Sparks. Danny was a 1968 graduate of Rushville High School. He married the love of his life, Judy (Barrett) Sparks on October 16, 1968 and she survives.

Danny was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked at Visteon for over 35 years and retired in 2002. Danny enjoyed going horseback riding while camping with family and spending time with his friends, loving wife, and children. He enjoyed older cars, especially anything related to rebuilding them. His joy was spending time with his granddaughter teaching her about horses and sharing all of his wise words of wisdom.

In addition to his wife, Judy, he is survived by his daughter, Amanda (Jamie) Sudhoff of Connersville and son, Blake Sparks of Louisiana; brother, James (Diane) Sparks of Noblesville, sister, Linda (Rick) Winkler of Shelbyville; granddaughter, Brooke Sudhoff and his fur-baby, Henry.

Danny is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother, Marge Sparks, brother, Roy Kendall Sparks, Jr., niece, Becky Sparks and other loved family members.

Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 2 PM in Arlington East Hill Cemetery.
