Lola Miller, the matriarch of the Miller family has gone to be with Jesus. The last living child of William and Isabel Harvey Miller, Lola passed away January 8, 2022 at 3:30 a.m. at the age of 92 years, 11 months and 26 days old. Lola was cherished by her immediate and extended family. Her main purpose in life was to love and nurture her family. She was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great-grandmother and friend. She was a member of The Church in Lexington, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Howard "Thin Man" Miller; by one son, William Bouchard; by one daughter, Maxine Miller Barnett; two grandchildren, Tracy Barnett and Odis Barnett; her parents, William and Isabel Harvey Miller; four brothers, Ola Miller, Drewy Miller, French Miller and Drueschel Miller and two sisters, Adna Fugate and Sally Ann Jones. She is survived by two sons, Kerney Bouchard (Mary) of Lexington, Kentucky and Denny Bouchard (Elsie) of Seymour, Indiana; one daughter, Bethel Miller Wright (Jim) of Lexington, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Greg Barnett, Michelle Huang, Melissa Blackwell, Dena Combs, Kena Bouchard-Mullins, Josh Bouchard and Dennis Bouchard; fifteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and her special friend, Clarinda "cook" Hudson. She also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Serving as pallbearers; Dalton Oliver, Grayson Shively, Griffin Shively, Aziel Blackwell, Brendon Miller and Jeffrey Oliver. Serving as honorary pallbearers; Gabriel Huang, David Woods, O.J. Miller, Hobert Miller, Lawrence Jones and Irvin Wright.
