Jesse 'Tuti' Ramirez was born on January 17, 1953 and entered into the Golden Gates on December 27, 2021, surrounded by his family and friends. Tuti was loved by everyone. He attended many disabled programs here in Blythe. He also contributed time to the Sheltering Wings Program for many years, which was one of his many places he loved to be. His most favorite place to be was the casino, sitting in front of his slot machine, drinking his coca cola and playing his quarters! Tuti was also well known from his parents famous restaurant, La Paloma Cafe. He would sit in that little window and hand dry every piece of silverware, one at a time, while sipping on his glass of soda. Tuti is survived by his sisters, Rosana 'Tana' Ramirez of Blythe, Linda Carmona of Victorville, CA, Yolanda (James) Barreras of Blythe, and his only brother Tony Jr. (Alice) Ramirez; and numerous nieces, nephews, as well as great nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in by his parents, Antonio 'Tony' and Eva Ramirez; his nephew Joey Barreras and brother-in-law Richard Carmona.
