Mrs. Benjamin F. Still, wife of Dr. Benjamin F. Still, for many years a prominent osteopathic physician of Elizabeth, N.J., died Mondy night at their country home near Bloomsbury, N.J., after an illness of several months. She was 59 years of age.

Before her marriage, she was Miss Sarah Eliza Ackerman of Mound City, Lynn County, Kansas, receiving her education in the local schools and at the Kansas City Conservatory of Music.

In 1893, she married Dr. Still going as, a bride to El Reno, Oklahoma. Later they moved to Kirksville, Mo., from which place they came to Elizabeth, N.J., in 1908, dividing their time between that city and their country home in Warren County.

For many years, Mrs. Still was a member of the First Presbyterian church of Elizabeth, being superintendent of the primary department of the Sunday School and active in the Woman's Missionary Society and all civic and charitable enterprises.

She was a member of the El Mora Literary Club and was identified with the musical interests of the city, being a cultivated musician as a singer and pianist and as director of a small orchestra.

Since 1924 the family has resided in the country home where Mrs. Still was ever a gracious and hospitable hostess.

The family is now identified with Old Greenwich Presbyterian Church where Mrs. Still was secretary of the Missionary Society. She was a charter member of the Woman's Club of Bloomsbury.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Benjamin F. Still, by two sons and two daughters, Dr. Vernon F. Still, of Elizabeth, Dr. A. Jefferson Still, of Flint, Michigan; Mrs. John C. Huntington of Warren County, and Miss Virginia Still, at home; and three grandchildren, Mary Chapin Huntington, William Still Huntington, and Bettie Jean Still.

Her mother, Mrs. Louise A. Ackerman, 80 years old, of Kansas City, Mo., and two brothers and two sisters also survive, Ross W. Ackerman of Kansas City, George N. Ackerman of New York City, Mrs. C.C. Millard of Kansas City, and Mrs. W. P. Butcher of Fort Worth, Texas.

The funeral will be held at the residence Wednesday afternoon at 3 o'clock, daylight savings time, conducted by Dr. Charles L. Overstreet, pastor of Old Greenwich Church, assisted by Rev. Hugh Walker, former pastor. Private burial at Greenwich Cemetery.
