Kimberley Rae Grissom-Phillips, daughter of the late Mary Sue Johnson Grissom and Charles Grissom, was born September 6, 1963 in Brawley, California. She departed this life January 5, 2022 at her home in Violet Hill, Arkansas at the age of 58 years, 4 months and 1 day. On May 7,1998, she was united in marriage to Dwayne Phillips and together they raised their children. Kimberley spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and friend. She was formerly employed by the Arkansas Department of Correction.

She loved her family, music, makeup, motorcycles, true crime podcasts, and online shopping. Her most favorite past time was online shopping - especially on Amazon. She enjoyed flowers, sitting on the porch, and listening to her wind chimes.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years: Dwayne Phillips of the home; one daughter: Miriah McDonald and husband Brian of Horseshoe Bend; two stepchildren: Daniel Phillips of Cleburne, Texas and Whitney Phillips of Van Buren, Arkansas; her father: Charles Grissom of Sage; one sister: Shanna Grissom of Batesville; one grandson: Aiden Overbey and a host of other relatives and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her mother.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
