Jackie is survived by his wife, Shirley Bradley; a daughter, Cindy Johnson of Dayton Ohio; a son, Terry (Tammy) Bradley of Hodgenville; five grandchildren, Kristin (Evan), Carly (Eli), Kenzie (Spencer), Blake and Jordan (Riley); three great-grandchildren, Asher, Millie Kate and Evelyn.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 10, at Bennett-Bertram Funeral Home, Brad Turner officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery.
