Mr. Bracy was a member and past vice president of Syracuse Heating and Roofing Contractors Association.
A native of Syracuse, he resided in the Onondaga Hill area 24 years.
He was a communicant of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church.
Mr. Bracy was active in political circles. He served on the Westhill School Board and had been a candidate for town of Onondaga highway supervisor.
He served in the Army and was a member of the American Legion, Elks Lodge 31 and the Antique Automobile Club of America, Oneida Lake Region.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Gary DeWaters of Camillus and Sandra M. Bracy of Onondaga Hill; three sons, Thomas M. of Marcellus, Danny M. of Syracuse and Patrick J. of Camillus; six grandchildren; two brothers, Francis Gurnsey of California and William Bracy of Cortland; and a sister, Dorothy Ross of Shortsville.
Services were this morning at St. Michael's Church. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
There were no calling hours.
