Earl Jacob Miller, Jr., 72, died on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at UPMC, Harrisburg, PA. Born on March 3, 1949, he was the son of the late Earl Jacob Miller, Sr., and Ethel Marie Miller. He was the loving husband to Shirley Anne Miller, nee Cofiell, to whom he was married for 34 years.

Earl worked for CJ Miller's in Hampstead as well as Walmart in Westminster. He enjoyed reading to his grandkids, specifically bible stories, spending time with the ones he loved, going to church, doing Kairos prison ministry, attending car shows, working on old cars, and sharing the love of Jesus with others.

Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters Anna Heinemann and husband Jay, Cassandra Gesell and husband Greg, and April Miller; grandchildren Alyssa Foreman, Tonya Crabbs, Timothy Dix, Nathan Miller, Gracelynn Gesell, Isaiah Heffner, Noah Gesell; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Roy Miller.

The family will receive friends from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster, MD 21157. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 11 A.M., at the Westminster Baptist Church, 354 Crest Lane, Westminster, MD 21157. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Finksburg, MD.
