Marilyn Jean Ellenburg Cooper, 72, wife of the late Jackie Columbus Cooper, went to be Lord Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at her home.
A native of Pickens County, Marilyn was born July 18, 1948, daughter of the late Albert James Ellenburg and Mary Elizabeth Dodgens Ellenburg.
Survivors include her son, Jeff Cooper (Angie) of Pickens; daughter, Sandra Alexander (Scott) of Pickens; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Marilyn was predeceased by a son, Alan Jackie Cooper; one sister and three brothers.
A visitation will be held Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM in the chapel of Mountain View Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
