A funeral service celebrating the life of Donna Jean Clark, 84, of Newark, will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Criss Wagner Hoskinson Funeral and Cremation Service with Pastor Judith Baker officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home, 179 Granville Street, Newark, on Tuesday, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Donna was born in Newark, Ohio on December 24, 1937 to the late Harold Miller Sr. and Dorothy (Loughman) Benjamin. She passed away at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, operated by Hospice of Central Ohio, on January 2, 2022.

Donna was a devoted homemaker to her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Gail (Bert) Slate and Kimberly Coon; grandchildren, Nicki, B.J., Shawn (Katie), Dustin, Shannon (Tyler) and Samantha; 13 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Sue Miller; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Clark; sister, Elizabeth Miller; brother, Harold B. Miller; and son-in-law, Jeff Coon.
