Bryan Kelly Collins, 45, of Florence, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022.
Mr. Collins was born in Florence, SC a son of Kenneth A. Collins and Judy Pulley Collins. He was a graduate of Florence Darlington Technical College with an Associate Degree in Civil Engineering Technology and from Francis Marion University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He received numerous awards throughout his academic career, was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, and was certified as a Volunteer Tutor with the Laubach Literacy Agency. He was employed at Davis & Floyd Engineering Consultants for over 20 years and was a member of Mizpah Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Horace and Ruth Alford Collins; maternal grandparents, Harvey and Ruth Sweat Pulley; and two aunts, Peggy Butler and Nancy Harrelson.
