Pam married her husband Newton (Newt) Lamb on March 15, 1965, and they moved from Connecticut to Houston in 1966 following the completion of his service in the Navy. Pam was a devoted stay-at-home mother and wife for many years and later returned to work to serve as the school secretary for Red Elementary School in Houston until her retirement in 1997. Pam and Newt spent much time during their retirement traveling the U.S., visiting out-of-town family, and attending countless activities of their granddaughters. They moved to Sugar Land, Texas in 2008, where they were closer to family.
Pam is preceded in death by her mother, Ella Patnod Muldoon; sisters Marcia Radomski and Deborah Alaimo; and brother David Muldoon. Pam is survived by her husband of 56 years, Newton Lamb; son Michael and wife Sandra Lamb of Richmond; daughter Marnie Lamb of Houston; granddaughters Catherine and Elizabeth Lamb of Richmond; sister Kathleen and husband Edmund Tierney of Stuart, Florida; brothers-in-law John Radomski of Venice, Florida and Charles Alaimo of Ellington, Connecticut; sister-in-law Cecelia Muldoon of Honolulu, Hawaii; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 12955 Memorial Dr. in Houston, at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception at the church. A separate private graveside service will take place at Houston National Cemetery.
