DELPHOS — Robert A. "Bobby" Ladd, 52, of Delphos was called home to be with his Lord on Dec. 6 at his sister's home surrounded by his loved ones.

Bobby was born on Sept. 12, 1969, in Lima to Robert (Bob) and Joan (Trujillo) Ladd, who preceded him in death. His wife, Deana (Priden) Ladd, preceded him in death on Feb. 2, 2013.

He was a graduate of Delphos Jefferson High School. He had a career in truck driving and had worked for B &K Trucking and Ceva Trucking.

He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan thanks to his brother-in-law and best friend, Gary Fischbach. Bobby enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his dad and would spend many days fishing with him listening to all of his dad's stories. His family and his sisters loved him dearly and will miss their baby brother immensely.

Bobby was blessed with his children and loved them very much: Evan (Maggie) Ladd, Brielle Ladd and his stepchildren Dave (Kayla) Maxwell, Kurstie Maxwell and grandchild Barrett Maxwell. He is also survived by his sisters, Jan (Bill) Sellers and Audrey (John) Garber.

He attended Delphos First Assembly of God in his younger years and later attended Christian Heritage Church.

Memorial Services celebrating Bobby's life will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday at Delphos First Assembly of God Church on Metbliss Avenue in Delphos. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Memorial contribution may be made to the family.
