Services for Pollyanna Heath, 86, of Hale Center will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2007 at the First United Methodist Church of Hale Center, with the Rev. Jimmy Cameron officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Hale Center. She died Monday, Dec. 24, 2007.

"Polly" was born July 27, 1921, in Waco. She graduated from Hereford High School and attended Wayland Baptist University. She married Harold H. Heath on Nov. 5, 1944, in Pampa and resided in Oklahoma City. They moved to Hale Center in 1959 where they owned and operated Mayfield Spraying Service until retiring.

She was a member of Lemond Lodge No. 832, Order of Eastern Star Plainview Chapter, and First United Methodist Church of Hale Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Edward C. "Rocky" Heath.

Survivors include three daughters, Kay Fairrel, of Weatherford, and Jana Kuss and Gail North, both of Lubbock; two sisters, Tino Short, of Wildorado, and Diann Dougherty, of Tulia; and four grandchildren, Krista, Justin, Jordan and Reagan.

The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church of Hale Center or a favorite charity.
