Chris was born April 27, 1987 to Mark Steven McClain and Dana Lynn Hawkins in Columbia.
Chris was a fun and loving man who found joy in life by caring for his family. He was a proud father with deep love and dedication to all children.
He inherited his grandmother's big heart and desire to help others and his father's intellect and ability to fix anything.
Chris was a playful soul, a big kid at heart, who could make others laugh during even the worst of times. He enjoyed all things outdoor; fishing and camping were some of his favorites. However, his most treasured past time was undeniably spending time with his family, whether it was in the kitchen, the backyard or on the couch, this is where he was happiest and at peace.
