Martha Howell Griffin, 94, passed away January 1, 2022.
A native of Greer, a daughter of the late William Archie and Hazel Inez Jones Howell; she was a former teacher and principal for the Greenville County School District and member of Washington Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Frank Griffin of Greer and Eddie Griffin of Moore; one sister, Lou Ellen Barnett of Greer; and one grandchild, Sierra.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Edward C. Howell and William Archie Howell, Jr.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 7, 2022, at Washington Baptist Church conducted by Dr. Drew Hines and Rev. Adrienne Martin. Burial to follow in Washington Baptist Church Cemetery.
