Mr. Jeremiah Javon Pruitt, 13 of Bessemer, passed away on December 21,
2021. Jeremiah Pruitt, the son of Starcrease Pruitt and Antonio Davis. He has 3 brothers, Roderick, Antonio, and Antwayn.

Jeremiah loved his family, friends, and his church. Every Sunday he would come in the church and immediately begin to ask different people if he could help them with whatever they were working with at that time.

He would also ask the Pastor if he could read the scripture or do the offertory prayer. There was no area of ministry at Saint John that he hadn't been a participant.

Jeremiah was a 7th grader at Bessemer City Middle School. He had been chosen to be a running back for the football team. He also enjoyed playing basketball.
