In addition, Don was always ready to help others and was a dedicated volunteer for Meals on Wheels. In his spare time, Don enjoyed cheering on University of Kentucky Basketball and Auburn Football. He was also a regular at the YMCA pool and enjoyed line dancing. Don loved to travel and was always up for visiting new places. After retirement, he and Evelyn could be found touring in their RV, enjoying annual beach trips to Destin, FL or visiting family in Texas and New York.
