Services were held for Mr. William Franklin (Bill) Coleman, 61, Mendenhall, Tuesday, October 1, 1991, with Rev. Charles Case, Rev. Dewitt Mitchell, and Rev. Foy Killingsworth officiating. Interment was in Macedonia. Mr. Coleman was a member of Westville Lodge 78, retired 20 years in the Navy with the Rank of C51 1st Class. Survivors include wife, Mrs. Christine F. Coleman, 1 daughter, Mrs. Pat Cummings of Clinton; 1 son, Mr. Randall Coleman of Mendenhall, 3 sisters, Mrs. Fannie Lou Welch of Mendenhall, Mrs. Agnes Powell of Mendenhall, Mrs. Grace Bowen of Mendenhall, 1 brother, Mr. Bruce L. Coleman of Brandon, 3 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and a host of nieces and nephews. Upton Mims Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.
